1 Day Barossa Wine Tour Itinerary

Sip, slerp and savour your way through the Barossa Calley on this 1-day wine tour! Explore two wineries, enjoy a delicious pizza lunch, and see the top sights of the region all in one day.

Star the day with a visit to the world’s largest rocking horse. Climb to the viewing deck for great views or go grab a morning coffee. From here, we will travel to the Whispering Wall. This unusual dam wall has incredible acoustic capabilities, which allow you to hear voices clearly from the other side.

Our first winery of the day is Kies Family Wines. The Kies family has been living in the Barossa Valley for more than 6 generations and runs the family-owned and operated business. Here, we’ll step inside their cellar door and taste some of their award-winning wines.

Our next winery is Lambert Estate. Known for their popular shiraz and sustainability practices. After an in-depth tasting experience, sit down to enjoy a gourmet stove oven pizza lunch.

After a stop at Menglers Hill lookout to take in the view, we’ll head to Tanunda for some free time. Take 45 minutes to explore the charming town, or indulge in some craft brews at Rehn Bier Brewhouse. Alternatively, unwind with a glass of wine at Z Wine, savouring the local selections in a relaxed setting.

With your taste buds satisfied from the Barossa, we’ll finally make our way back to Adelaide to finish up the tour.
